1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO REFUNDS

  • No cancellations, refunds, or guarantees are provided under any circumstances.
  • All sales are final, and past results do not guarantee future performance.
  • Clients must log in daily or call to access purchased picks.
  • Customer support is available at (800) 877-5743.

2. CHARGEBACK & PAYMENT DISPUTE POLICY

By purchasing from Smart Money Sports Inc., you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without a valid reason.

Chargeback Processing Fee $50 per chargeback
Administrative Fee $349 per dispute
  • Unpaid chargeback fees will be sent to collections and may negatively impact your credit.
  • Chargeback abuse will result in permanent account termination and possible legal action.
  • SMS INC. reserves the right to pursue collection efforts against fraudulent disputes.

3. SERVICES OFFERED

Smart Money Sports Inc. provides sports predictions and analysis.

  • We do NOT offer gambling services or place bets on behalf of users.
  • SMS INC. reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue services at any time.

4. ACCOUNT TERMINATION & BAN POLICY

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts under the following conditions:

  • Violation of these Terms & Conditions
  • Chargeback abuse or fraudulent payment disputes
  • Harassment, threats, or abuse directed toward our staff
  • Reselling or redistributing Smart Money Sports Inc.’s content
  • Any actions that harm our business or violate our policies

Account terminations are final and non-reversible.

5. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • We are not responsible for any gambling losses.

6. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, regardless of where you reside or access our services.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Nevada, except where prohibited by law.
  • By using this site, you waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit against Smart Money Sports Inc.
  • Arbitration will be conducted by a recognized Nevada arbitrator, with both parties covering their own legal fees.
